Meet Our Team
Vicki Talmage: Vicki created VitaeHealth as a resource for people offering the highest quality of body cleansing, support and information. She teaches informational and demonstrational seminars throughout the world for the last 28 years, beginning as a young mother in Farmington, Utah. Vicki’s message has inspired people to simplify their diets and their lives; creating harmony in their physical and mental health, and in their relationships abroad and at home.
She published 5 years ago the first of her 14 books and cookbooks, entitled From Bin to Banquet which is available for purchase on this website. The book was written as to bring the reader step-by-step through the process of integrating at least 50% cellular foods into their daily diet. Included with the intricate information is 85 recipes which all may be freely used to satisfy the palate while doing your quarterly cleanses, and can be integrated into your daily diet.
The seminars she teaches are based on information given in her book, From Bin to Banquet, and is the textbook for her monthly classes at Sunflower Farmers Market in SLC, Utah.
Vicki is inspired by sharing what she loves with people and watching them progress towards their dreams as they regain their health, wealth, vitality and passion. Sit back and enjoy as you may learn some new information about why you want to feed your cells everyday by bringing to life what has been sitting, unused in your basement!
Noelle Koenig: Noelle is the Raw Food Chef for Vicki Talmage and VitaeHealth. Being raised into a vegetarian and vegan lifestyle, Noelle has always had a passion for the art of food, starting as a young child making new and interesting creations. In pursuing this dream, Noelle found it difficult to discover a facility that would help her develop the skills in the style of food that she was so interested in learning. Discouraged but still curious, Noelle found her best learning came from home, with her Mother as a Mentor, and also on her own, when her curiosity for creating new things compelled her.
Noelle is also a full-time student at the University of Utah, completing a Bachelor Degree in Fine Art Photography and a Minor in Computer Art Technology. Combining her two passions, Noelle is currently working with Vicki to complete several recipe books, hoping to begin their release in the coming months, and can be found updating and adding to VickiTalmage.com and Vicki’s Playground.
Mara Thompson: Mara lives in Bluffdale, Utah working part time as a Colon Therapist and raising a family. She has been married ten years and has two children ages one and four. She enjoys helping others reach their optimal health through teaching and example.
Since being introduced to Vicki Talmage almost five years ago she has learned and implemented more raw food and cleansing into her life. Through attending Vicki’s raw food classes her passion grew leading to a desire to help others obtain a more healthy lifestyle. Mara received her Colon Therapy certification in Sedona, Arizona in 2007 and has been working with Vicki at Vitae Health since.
Tiffanie Lorenson: Tiff works as a Colon Therapist at the VitaeHealth Clinic, having been personally trained and mentored by Vicki. Tiff completed a Bachelors Degree in 1998 from Montana State University Northern in Physical Education and Health. She taught middle school for 1 year and left to serve the people of Venezuela for a year and a half.
In 2001 she contracted a painful disease while living in poverty conditions during an epidemic. When she came home she was desperate for help. She found Vicki and began the process to regain her health and eliminate pain. This marked the beginning of her healing. During her quarterly cleanses, she taught grade school for 4 years but hungered for knowledge about the specifics and characteristics of a healthy body. To satisfy her desire, she enrolled in the Utah College of Massage Therapy and graduated in 2006 as a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist.
For the past 5 years Tiff has practiced Therapeutic, Injury, and Post-op Massage Therapy. However, she still felt as if she was missing important pieces in her understanding of how to take care of her body. This time she returned to Vicki committed to discovering the missing pieces of health, mental clarity, and aliveness and how that relates to the foods she was eating.
By living Vicki’s Program, Tiff has lost 120 pounds in the past 2 years, weight that had plagued her body and emotions throughout her entire life. “Vicki’s program has changed my life physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually”. In 2009 Tiff approached Vicki in hopes of apprenticing and working with her in the Clinic. Tiff has now dedicated a portion of her life to coaching other people, assisting them in regaining the health, clarity and freedom that she now experiences.
