As you diligently follow the Cleansing Homework below, your body will begin to successfully remove impactions, EVEN before starting the cleansing shakes & herbs at your first colonic. This will diminish negative cleansing reactions, bloating, etc.

 

Getting Started | “Homework Food”

Do the Homework Foods diligently before ANY type of cleanse–ideally 7 days before your first Colonic.

drink 1 gallon of steamed distilled water everyday. Drink 2 quarts by 2pm, and 2 quarts after 2pm. You can receive your first 10 gallons for free from Water and Wellness: 3727 S 900 E SLC, UT 84106.

  • Eat a 2″ slice of watermelon in the morning and around 8pm in the evening as an effective humectant.

Eat fresh fruits throughout the morning. The more you eat, the better you assist the body in the cleansing and retraining process which teaches your body that you’ve committed to take care of it. Watermelon is a humectant, which assists in breaking up plaque and blockages in the small and large intestines. This assists your body to have a successful first colonic by rehydrating deep inside, and breaking up what the water alone cannot reach.

At Lunch – Eat a whole plate of Raw Deep, leafy Greens: Swiss Chard, raw Collard Greens, curly or non-curly Kale; any deep, leafy greens and any raw vegetables you desire filling an entire dinner plate. Use any oil and vinegar based dressing that you enjoy. Try making one!! Vicki’s Lemon Tahini and Poppyseed that are available in From Bin to Banquet help get a lot of salad down and provide extra protein. Eat the raw food first so it will spark the immune system and jumpstart digestion with fresh enzymes to break up plaque. A fresh beet, steamed or baked at 400′, chopped and mixed with Newman’s Own Balsamic Vinaigrette is a must twice each day to break up the hard impactions before your first colonic. Eat the salad first.  Lots of chewed roughage insures success.

If you want a snack in the middle of the day, have more watermelon or eat some fresh fruit, or plain raw veggies.

Dinner same as lunch Make sure you eat your salad first, and then enjoy the second Beet.  The dye from the cooked beet assists in breaking up the thick mucus ingrained in impactions.  The red you see coming out is from the beet dye.

  • Eat a 2” slice of watermelon around 8pm in the evening as an effective humectant.

Tips:

This is not starvation, the more you eat of these foods, the better your results.

  • Drink water or juices in-between your meals.  Chew well and allow your digestive juices the full-strength to process with all the fresh enzymes in your raw foods.  Split up water and food by at least 1 hour.
  • Continue or begin exercising for ½ to 1 hour each day. Walking or running for at least 30 minutes a day, make sure you breathe hard. This loosens and stimulates lymphatic drainage.  Exercise is the only pump for the lymph glands.
